Printed panels are usually made using a color coating line manufacturing process. Nowadays, the commonly used color coating production line is a two-coating and two-baking manufacturing process, and its fine coating machine is equipped with two coating heads for rapid color change of topcoat. The consumption of the printing plate can be realized on such a production line. In other words, it may be engraved with a concave width on the adhesive roller of precision machine No. 1. The glue roller transfers the pattern to the coating roller, which transfers the pattern to the steel strip for printing. After drying, the second fine coater coats the surface with varnish or transparent protective film.
In actual consumption, the printing of many coated products is carried out in separate units. Such a unit is relatively simple, consisting only of a decoiler, a printing machine, a heating furnace, and a coiler.
To print a pattern on the coating film of the coated plate, the pattern is first etched on a copper roll, and then chrome is plated on the copper roll, which is used as a printing roll for coating printing. A roller with a concave surface picks up the color paste from the color paste pan, and the scraper scrapes off the color paste outside the indentation. When the printing roller is in contact with the transfer roller, the color paste in the pattern is transferred to the transfer roller and finally printed on the surface of the steel plate. After heating and drying at an appropriate temperature, the pattern firmly adheres to the coating film of the steel sheet.
